Roger Hu is managing director and partner at Boston Consulting Group focused on consumer goods and retail. He is experienced in advising large multinational companies and local private entities on winning in China and going global, through brand positioning, route-to-market strategy, marketing strategy, organizational transformation and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining BCG, he worked for the NBA to drive sports commercialization and was also a part-time tennis commentator following his lifetime hobby and idol, Roger Federer.
