Fred Hodge

Growth & Leadership Strategist
At just 19, Fred Hodge Jr. co-founded Clearview Washing alongside his father after identifying a major gap in customer service within the exterior cleaning industry. Through a combination of cutting-edge technology, a strong company culture, and a relentless focus on customer experience, he has scaled the company to over 25 employees, 8 trucks, and consistent 25% annual growth. A proud Rowan University alum and one of the first graduates of its entrepreneurship program, Fred now serves on the university's entrepreneurship advisory board. He believes in seizing opportunities and facing rejection head-on. He lives by the motto: “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” His greatest achievement so far is securing a spot on the 2024 INC 5000 list, all while growing his business and prioritizing family life. A devoted husband and father of two, Fred is also a travel enthusiast, avid golfer, die-hard Yankees and Giants fan, and a true connoisseur of delicious food.
