A TEDx event that sheds light on often overlooked yet pressing issues such as cultural assimilation, gender equality, abortion rights, population growth, substance addiction among youth, the psychological effects of social media, and mental health challenges faced by young people. Through research-based talks, young speakers aim not only to raise awareness but also to propose meaningful, solution-oriented ideas for a better future.

I'm Ahmet Talay Pembeci, a ninth-grader who is joining TEDX from the Muğla province of Turkey. I have lots of fields of interests that range from biology to cinema, and I also like communicating with the English language which is partially why I want to participate in TEDX. Another reason that I'd like to join this organisation is that I would like to raise awareness regarding my topic: "Behaviorall Sink due to Overpopulation".

Hi! I'm Deniz.I am a high school student. I was born in İstanbul. In casual life i love playing drums and playing bass guitar. Right now i am playing in a band also i love to play volleyball. I attended four times to Model United Nations confrences which is called MUN. In the last confrence i was in joint crisis committee. I was chosen as the best delegate because of my accomplishments. The reason i wanted to be in this project is i want families to get familiar with mental issues among young population. As a person who experiences the same problems, i think that this problem needs to be heard as well as other important subjects.

Hi. My name is Defne. I am 17 year old student in Yonelt College and I am from Türkiye, Muğla. I love learning about other cultures and travel to it's motherlands. I attended to MUN last year. MUN is a program which you basically role play G20 global meetings. We were representing India and my role was the ambassador. Our subject was refugee crisis in developed countries. That's one of the reasons i choose to be a TEDx talker becasue i like the variety of ideas and be the voice of them.

Hello. I am Gülsu. I am from Muğla. I am 17 and i am studying in Yönelt College. In my personal life i am an theatre actress and i have been on stage since i was 5. Also i am attending MUN (Model United Nations) conferences. In TBMUN'24 i was representing Turkestan and I was in crisis committee so we wrote directives and helped solving problems. Because of that i have some experience in solving problems. Except TBMUN '24 i attended 3 more conferences. In the future even if a little bit i want to make a difference in the world.
