Caitlyn Dillon

Franchise and Distribution Attorney
Caitlyn Dillon is an attorney in the Franchise & Distribution Practice Group at Lewitt Hackman, representing franchisors and franchisees in all aspects of regulatory compliance, registration, ownership, operation, transfers, purchases and sales of franchises - domestically and globally. Ms. Dillon also prepares and reviews Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs), initial franchise documents and contracts, transfer agreements and analyzes potentially burdensome provisions and terms for franchisee clients.

She has closed multi-million-dollar deals, including brand sponsorship, podcast, and advertising agreements, demonstrating her ability to drive impactful negotiations.

Erica White

Criminal Defense Attorney
Meet Erica White, a former deputy district attorney turned criminal defense attorney and the founder of Paloma Law Offices. A graduate of Southwestern Law School, Erica has taken over 30 jury trials to verdict and built her reputation as an advocate in the courtroom.

Kamilah McMillion

3L Law Student at Southwestern.
Moving from the suburbs to Long Beach developed Kamilah's love of 200,000-dollar vehicles, also known as the city bus. Taking the bus prompted her fascination with public transportation, walkable communities, and social justice. Ms. McMillon is currently in her final semester at Southwestern Law School.
