In a world shaped by rapid technological advancements, shifting cultural landscapes, and evolving societal challenges, young minds stand at the forefront of transformation. TEDx Sapiens UP School Youth “Redefining the Future” is a platform for visionary thinkers, creators, and changemakers to explore the power of innovation, connection, and impact in shaping tomorrow.

This event will bring together inspiring speakers both from youth and experts in different fields on topics such as AI and technology, creativity and innovation, cultural exchange and global perspectives, education and youth leadership, mental health in the digital age, and navigating the post-truth era. Through powerful storytelling, cutting-edge ideas, and collaborative dialogue, we aim to spark conversations that redefine what the future could and should be.

By exploring diverse perspectives and pioneering solutions, we aim to inspire the next generation to become active architects of a more inclusive, creative, and technologically advanced future.

Aleksandra Petrykowska

Attorney-at-law, PhD Candidate, Social Activist
Aleksandra is an attorney-at-law and the founder of PSM Legal, a law firm focused on business law. She is also a PhD candidate in corporate law and has completed American Law Studies at the University of Florida, as well as postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law and Finance & Accountancy. She has been recognized on Forbes’ "25 Most Outstanding Women in Business Law" list. Aleksandra is engaged as well in social initiatives. She is the co-founder of the OGDM NGO, which provides solutions for Ukrainian refugees, and she co-led apolitical campaign Kobiety na Wybory, encouraging women to use their voting rights. She is also a mentor and ambassador at Vital Voices, a global NGO established by Hillary Clinton and Madeleine Albright, empowering leaders-women. Aleksandra's efforts have been double awarded with the Crystal Heart of the Lawyers for her pro bono work. As a speaker, Aleksandra shares insights on law, leadership, and the power of education to drive social change.

Assylay Kudyratulla

Student
Assylay is a first-year Business Management student from Kazakhstan. Assylay has a strong passion for public speaking. Assylay particularly is interested in how Artificial Intelligence (AI) influences human intelligence (IQ). She uses AI every single day—not just for academics but also as a coach, mentor, and even as a psychological aid. AI has become a key part of learning process, and she wants to explore whether it is enhancing human intelligence or making us too reliant on technology. Assylay's research will focus on AI’s impact on critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and overall IQ development.

Beata Bocian

Event Manager | Project Manager | Coordinator | Producer
Beata has an academic background in sociology and art history, and is an experienced event management specialist whose passion and commitment have contributed to the realization of numerous prestigious cultural and artistic projects. Beata's expertise includes comprehensive event organization—from coordinating rehearsals and final shows of residency programs (e.g., "Dancing Together, Again!" at the National Institute of Music and Dance in Warsaw) to producing events at cultural institutions such as the Art Gallery and the Private Botanical Garden of Aflopa Real Estate, the Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź, the Museum of Art in Łódź, and the Museum of Cinematography in Łódź. Beata also participates in research projects, including a study on non-formal dance education conducted by the Culture Resonance Foundation.

Ditsanush Babayan

Polyglot teacher
Ditsanush is a polyglot teacher from spiritual and hospitable Armenia. She is passionate about cultures and languages, and teaching is her avenue for spreading that passion. Ditsanush aims to inspire others to embark on their own language journeys. Plus, with her background in court interpretation and legal translation, she can bring a unique perspective to the table. Ditsa also loves getting lost in a good book, exploring off the beaten track destinations, and binge-watching series on criminal cases.

Helena Orzechowska

Body therapist
Years of working with the body have taught Helena to see it holistically. Beyond the tangible, physical body, there is also an energetic and emotional body—inseparable layers through which we embody and experience life. Since 2009, her journey began with Rio Abierto bodywork training and led her to explore Zen Shiatsu, Kobido, Qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, psychosomatics, and Biodanza. Working with patients, she witnessed how deeply psycho-emotional balance affects physical health. She believes true healing happens when body, mind, and spirit align. Through Essence of Movement, she invites you to discover this wisdom.

Herman is a 20 year old psychology student from Ukraine who has been writing music in his bedroom for the past 3 years. He has connected, produced and taught music from a wide variety of young musicians from different backgrounds and created it himself. Herman is a very pragmatic and curious yet lonesome person who always seeks feedback and tries to make as much as possible on his own, thus he has grown very accustomed to using AI to learn and grow effectively not only in terms of skills, but also his reflection and guidance. Herman wants people to be better in any way so he wants to show the way how they can learn to grow on their own conditions!

Karolina Woźniak is the founder of Poland’s first and only pop art gallery, Kawai Art Gallery. She curates exhibitions, organizes events and concerts, and promotes international artists worldwide. In addition to her work in the art industry, Karolina is also a professional fashion and photo model, seamlessly balancing both careers. A passionate bibliophile, she shares book reviews with her engaged Instagram audience, where she also discusses social and psychological phenomena under the hashtag #RozkminyKaroliny. She is an avid traveler, an animal and sports enthusiast, and a future certified yoga instructor
