Eric Moyal

Executive Director of Project Insulin
Before founding Project Insulin, Eric Moyal was a fundraiser at Brandeis University and helped coordinate the 2020 & 2021 Giving Tuesday Campaigns that raised over $2,000,000. Eric is on the Board of Directors and chair of the communications committee at Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Association. He has spent the past three years raising money and awareness for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, and gave a TEDx talk in 2020 about how to be a better ally to people with chronic illnesses.

Erica Alfaro

International Keynote Speaker
Erica Alfaro was born in Fresno, CA but grew up in Tijuana, Mexico. She was 13 years old when her family returned to the United States. Erica struggled academically, became a teen mom, dropped out of high school, and lived many years of domestic abuse. After many adversities, Erica defied the odds and became the first woman in her family to obtain a formal education and a graduate degree. Education was Erica’s ticket out of poverty and the door to many opportunities. In 2019, Erica’s graduation picture, where she is standing in a strawberry field with her farmworker parents, became the first graduation picture to go viral and make headlines worldwide.

Jalene Szuba

Jalene Szuba is a board-certified health coach dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal well-being. With expertise in nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle management, she develops personalized wellness programs addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches, Jalene is committed to continuous learning and professional development. She consults with Tulane University on a NIH-funded study and engages in community outreach through workshops and speaking engagements. Her approach emphasizes creating sustainable lifestyle changes and fostering a positive mindset. Jalene's natural ability to connect with others creates a supportive environment for her clients. Beyond her professional work, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family in Crested Butte, CO.

Ryan Stelzer

Con-Founder and Managing Director at Strategy of Mind
Ryan Stelzer is co-founder and Managing Director at Strategy of Mind, a Boston-based management consultancy, ranging from Fortune 50 companies to regional non-profits; from CEOs to recent graduates. Prior to consulting, Ryan served at The White House during the Obama Administration, playing a key role in various impactful initiatives led by the Chief Performance Officer of the United States and the Director of National Intelligence. He has an MBA/MA from the University of Chicago, a certificate in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School, and an undergraduate degree from Boston University and the University of Cambridge in the UK. Ryan’s published work has received over 1M collective views across leading international media platforms including The Washington Post, TEDx, LinkedIn, Quartz , and Fast Company. His first book, Think Talk Create: Building Workplaces Fit for Humans, which Ryan co-authored, was published by Hachette: PublicAffairs in September 2021.
