GoodShepherdIntlSchool
x = independently organized TED event

April 12, 2025
Ootacamund, Tamil Nadu
India
This event is open to the public.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Aradhana M

Student at Good Shepherd International School
I am Aradhana. I find joy in public speaking and connecting with others while tackling the challenges that arise in my path. I’ve given several personal development talks and am passionate about biological sciences, change, and continuous learning. I also enjoy playing tennis and have gained insights through experiential learning with experts in aviation and medicine. I am excited to participate in this TEDx Meet 2025 here at Good Shepherd International School to share my experiences and the lessons I’ve learned from my 14 years of life. I look forward to connecting with everyone!

Irene Anna Shabu

Student of Good Shepherd International School
Irene is a high school student deeply committed to social work and she would like to study law. She enjoys delving into the actual meaning of words and frequently wonders where the ideas and beliefs that influence our world come from. Her curiosity leads her to try to interact with a variety of communities to comprehend their viewpoints.

Sai Singh

Student at Good Shepherd International School
Sai is a passionate advocate for personal growth through grief, drawing from their own transformative experiences. When not inspiring others on stage, he can be found playing football, experimenting in the kitchen, or strumming his bass guitar, blending creativity and resilience into every aspect of life. With a commitment to help others strive through their ups and downs, he believes that grief is something that should be embraced and not looked down upon.
