Channecia Nala Ukoh is a dynamic leader and eloquent speaker, serving as the Deputy Head Girl of Bloombreed High School for the 2024/2025 session. As a Year 11 student, she leads as the President of the Press and Public Speaking Club, using her voice to inspire and engage. Beyond academics, Channecia is a dedicated athlete, a silver medalist in swimming and athletics, competing in prestigious events both within and beyond Bloombreed High School. Her vision extends far beyond the present—she aspires to become a Cardiologist and a recognized public speaker, blending her passion for science with the power of storytelling.

Davina Omovi Phillips is a Year 10 student at Bloombreed Schools, passionate about finding joy in everyday moments and fully embracing the present. She is a dedicated scholar and top of her class. As a speaker at TEDxBloombreed School Youth, she’s excited to share her insights on cultivating lasting happiness—encouraging her peers and the wider community to rethink their approach to joy and take intentional steps toward a more fulfilling life. Off the TEDx stage, Davina is an avid reader who is also actively involved in dance, sports, and leadership. She believes in the power of storytelling to inspire meaningful change and create a positive ripple effect.

Dr. Success Olaobaju

Educational Administrator.

Dr. Sandra Success-Olaobaju is a seasoned educator with over two decades of experience in teaching, school leadership, and curriculum development. She is a passionate advocate for inclusive education, literacy, gender equality, and social justice. Recognized for her commitment to excellence, she was a nominee for the 2022 NLNG Medallion Award for Best Teacher. She has led numerous educational initiatives, including NXplorers STEM projects, SDG campaigns, and advocacy programs on reducing inequalities, ensuring that education remains accessible and transformative. Beyond the classroom, She holds a Ph.D. in Education, a Master’s in Education, a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a TESOL/TEFL certification, equipping her with the expertise to impact learning across diverse educational settings. A loving wife and mother of three, Dr. Sandra remains committed to quality education, leadership development, and community engagement, leaving a lasting impact on students and educators alike.

Glory Ogon

Glory is a Year 11 student who is a storyteller at heart and uses poetry or music to get her message across. She finds meaning in words and uses them to express her beliefs, she challenges perspectives and connects with others on a deeper level. She is an avid member of her school’s Book Club where she gets exposure to a lot of different authors and their ideas. She believes that sharing our stories can spark change and bring people together. She hopes to become a successful lawyer

A gifted artist and an avid reader of historical literature, she merges creativity with a deep understanding of the past to inspire change in the present. At Bloombreed Schools, Nkemdilim has distinguished herself as a formidable debater, known for her eloquence and sharp critical thinking. Her leadership roles reflect her dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive community—she serves as the President of the Anti-Bullying Committee and Book Club, Red House Captain, Class Captain, and a member of the Student Representative Council. In her upcoming TEDx Talk, Nkemdilim will explore the balance between personal identity and collective influence. With aspirations to become a Public Health Director and activist, she is committed to amplifying the voices of the unheard and driving meaningful change in society.

Originally trained as a mechanical engineer, Peter's passion for education and leadership led him to redefine his career path. His books explore themes of self-improvement, resilience, and the realities of modern society. Now, as he prepares for his forthcoming TEDx talk, Peter is on a mission to inspire Nigerian youth to recognize their own leadership potential, break barriers, and step into their greatness.
