Celina Mattocks

CEO, Lead Live Learn
Celina Mattocks is a tech leader and founder/CEO of Lead Live Learn, a professional development firm leveraging emerging tech for skills growth. A 2x published author, her works include 54 Flights (2021), exploring career and motherhood, and Rise & Find (2024), a women's empowerment guide (both available in Amazon formats). With a decade at a Fortune 500 firm as a management consultant specializing in enterprise change, she brings expertise in organizational transformation. Her educational background includes an MS in Organization Development from American University and a BA in Communications/Spanish from Salisbury University, including study abroad in Spain. Certified in Prosci Change Management and MBTI, Celina was named a Top 100 Emerging Leader by Diversity Awards. Beyond her professional work, she's a dedicated mother of two, a wife, and an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys reading, writing, running and yoga.
