I'm Tuong Linh, and I've spent more time second-guessing my codes and CAD models than actually trusting my skills. Join me as I share my journey of battling self-doubt in the world of engineering, and how I learned that even the strongest structures start with a solid foundation of belief in yourself.

"Le Hoang Minh Ngoc
I'm an 11th grader who is unsure about my future, but forsee the future of being rich.
My topic seems boring but I hope you take away something new from it. It is about how I overcome myself and observe others to improve my weakness: being shy and lazy.
Through this valuable opportunity, I wish I can nurture my public speaking skills, but also learn and absorb some interesting tips as my peers confidently demonstrate their speech on the stage. I also truly appreciate the lead team for their support in creating this meaningful platform for self-discovery.
I was uncertain about my passion, but this TEDx helps me uncover it!

"I'm Ngan Ha, a freshman at the Dewey Schools Tay Ho Tay.
I used to think that knowing everything was the goal—until I realized I was spending more time pretending to know than actually learning. I’ve faked my way through basketball drills, math lessons, and way too many conversations, just hoping no one would notice. But why do we do that? And what happens when we stop?"

I may not offer an inspiring speech that can change your life, but I can give a speech that entertains myself and hopefully be enjoyed by you. My goal in the end is to make you think: "Hey, if he can get up on that stage and do that, I can do it too." Perhaps overcoming stress was just the bad speeches we heard along the way.

"A chameleon soul, a restless seeker, a kaleidoscope of identities—wandering through borrowed dreams and silent expectations, forever caught between who I am and who I’m told to be.
I’ve worn many hats, played many roles, and walked many paths—always chasing new ways to define myself, new dreams, challenges, lessons, etc. But no matter where I went, one thing remained: the unspoken scoreboard, the silent measuring tape, the endless “Am I enough?” questions and comparisons.
But what if comparison isn’t the enemy? What if it’s a tool, a mirror, a lesson?
I’m not here to preach. I’m here to share—real stories, real struggles, real breakthroughs. And if you’re curious about how we can navigate this world without losing ourselves, well... you might just find your answer here.
I’m Duong Ha, a shape-shifting dreamer, an 11th grader at Marie Curie Hanoi School, and this is my story."

"I am Anh Hoang, I’m in Grade 12, currently studying at The Dewey Schools and I am one of the 12 speakers that are about to give the best speech that you guys will ever heard about. I used to be an introverted person. I hate talking and interacting with strangers, partially because that is my personality and I am not good at speaking. But over time, I grew up and noticed that life kept pushing me to speak and express my thoughts, I had no other choice but to train my speaking skills. And throughout those times, I realized that words are more powerful than what people usually think. So, expect my speech to contain contents that relate to communication and the power of words.
Thank you!"
