As a school, we are constantly faced with new theories about how we can help our students adapt to the future. The age-old debate about whether a child’s upbringing is more important to that development than their underlying genetics allows us to explore new ways of engaging young minds and opening doors for everyone. The name has a double meaning as well, because alongside referring to this debate, it also allows us to examine what nature is and how humankind relates to it. Nurturing refers to nutrition and pastoral care as much as it does education itself.
