His talk, inspired by his experience at Mayo College, urges embracing change. His speech struggles led him to the Bhagavad Gita, inspiring Discover the Arjuna Within You, a child-friendly adaptation, followed by Be the Leader, Not a Boss Like Shri Ram. A passionate innovator in storytelling, tech, and leadership, Reyansh holds two world records—writing a Bhagavad Gita adaptation at 8 and converting a Windows PC to macOS at 10. His resilience shines in badminton, where his strategic mindset mirrors life’s challenges.

I am Saara Dalal, a passionate Biology student and basketball player. Two years ago, I got my first panic attack. I didn't know what to do and how I should take care of myself. People around me were concerned but no one then realised what I was going through. That is when I realised the need for advocating for panic attacks and the need to talk about mental health. We often overlook our food habits, and do not pay attention to what is triggering our anxiety. My talk sheds light on how we can cultivate better mental health.
