At TEDxAKGEC, TED Talks videos and live speakers will spark deep discussions and connections.Our theme, "Go Beyond," challenges limits and inspires exploration in technology, innovation, and personal growth. This event aims to create a platform where ideas transcend boundaries and ignite meaningful change.The TED Conference provides general guidance for TEDx, but TEDxAKGEC is independently organized under official guidelines. Dr Gupta is the recipient of the National Best innovation award in Cardiology for the year 2021 instituted by the Cardiological society of India for his excellent work in Artificial Intelligence in heart attack patients.He has also received the Prestigious KL Wig oration award, DMA excellence award, “Excellence in Cardiology Award 2018” and Bishan Swaroop Young Scientist of the year award by Hon’ble Vice President of India for his excellent research in genetics and coronary artery disease.

DR. Tanu Jain

Ex-Civil Servant , Founder TathastuICS

Dr. Tanu Jain is a dentist-turned-civil servant who cleared the Civil Services Examination in 2014 and served 7.5 years in the Armed Forces Headquarters Civil Service (AFHQ) as an Assistant Director at DRDO. With expertise in Philosophy and Ethics, she is the Founder & Director of Tathastu Institute of Civil Services (TathastuICS), where she mentors UPSC aspirants and offers academic programs like BA, MA, and MBA. Known for her mock interview sessions and motivational talks, she has also authored two books for Civil Services preparation. Passionate about social advancement, she strives to shape individuals of strong character, dedicated to their families, society, and the nation.

A visionary leader in law enforcement and a pioneer in cyber security, Dr. Varun Kapoor is a senior IPS officer and currently serves as the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) at the Rustamji Armed Police Training College in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. With a career dedicated to public safety, technology, and digital awareness, he has been at the forefront of cyber security research, specializing in cybercrime, social media dynamics, and mobile technology risks.

Gagandeep Bakshi

Major General

Major General Gagan Deep Bakshi is a retired Indian Army officer, military strategist, and author known for his expertise in defense and national security. Commissioned into the 6 Jammu and Kashmir Rifles in 1971, he played a crucial role in the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971 and the Kargil War. For his distinguished service, he was awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal and Sena Medal for leadership in counter-insurgency and strategic operations. During his career, Maj Gen Bakshi served in the Directorate General of Military Operations and was the first Brigadier General Staff (Information Warfare) at Northern Command, focusing on psychological warfare and strategic planning. After retiring in 2008, he became a prominent defense analyst and author, writing extensively on military history and strategy. His notable books include Bose: The Indian Samurai and The Rise of Indian Military Power. His insights continue to shape discussions on national security and defense policies.
