Theme: Alchemy of Change

TEDxVIT 2025 is 5th edition of TedX Talks organized by TEDxVIT, and is scheduled to take place on March 22nd, 2025 with the theme "The Alchemy of Change".
"The Alchemy of Change" explores the profound process of turning life's challenges into opportunities for growth and transformation. Drawing inspiration from the ancient practice of alchemy, this talk delves into how we can harness the power of change—both personally and collectively—to achieve resilience, innovation, and ultimately, a more fulfilling life. By viewing change not as a threat but as a catalyst for progress, we can learn to navigate uncertainty with confidence and purpose.

Dr. Rohit Pai

Consultant in Medical Oncology at Bombay Hospital

Dr. Rohit Pai is senior Consultant Medical Oncology and Hemato-oncology at Bombay Hospital, Mumbai. He secured AIR 1 in the AIIMS post graduate entrance examination and opted for MD in Internal Medicine and further completed DM in Medical Oncology from AIIMS. He also has additional qualifications of MRCP (UK) , MRCP (SCE) and DNB in Medical Oncology. He secured first rank in the internationally conducted ESMO examination in 2023, making him the second Indian to achieve this honour. Dr has multiple gold medals, awards , honours , presentations and publications to his name. He is an expert in the field of cancer chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapy for solid organ malignancies and hematological cancers.
